Confirmed date ≠ completed order. A reviewed deadline and an order receipt are different things.

No uploads. No account. Just a look at the idea.

A few useful answers

Clear expectations.
From the start.

We’re early in the process. Here’s what we’re building toward, and where things stand.

Can I use ExhibitDeadlines today?

Not yet. ExhibitDeadlines is in development. This site introduces the idea and includes an interactive, fictional example. Document uploads, accounts, and real show tracking aren’t available.

Who is it being designed for?

Exhibit-management agencies coordinating multiple clients and shows. The intended workflow gives coordinators a way to prepare the details and account leads a way to review what applies to each booth.

What happens when a date is unclear?

The planned approach keeps “to be announced,” dates without a time, and unconfirmed requirements visible. A missing cutoff won’t become an invented midnight deadline. Your team would review uncertainties against the original instructions.

Will it place orders or contact suppliers?

No. The planned scope is reviewing deadlines and recording order evidence. Your team remains responsible for ordering, supplier communications, and confirming the organizer’s instructions.

For a calmer run-up to show day.

Exhibitor deadlines and order tracking. Thoughtfully taking shape.
